Half-day yoga retreat with Helen Manente Yoga
Come unwind at our half-day yoga and wellness retreat on Sunday 12th May, with the fantastic Helen Manente Yoga.
Start your day with a warm welcome including tea and coffee, followed by a blissful two-hour yoga session featuring pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures), meditation, and guided relaxation. Enjoy a tasty lunch and take home a goody bag.
Everyone is invited, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Space is limited, so book early!
