We’re bringing a taste of the Deep South to Kent with a full-blown Independence Day country party — complete with live music, themed menu, musical bingo, and enough toe-tapping energy to shake the dancefloor.

Live Country Music
Expect guitars, storytelling lyrics, and songs that make you want to sing along even if you don’t know every word yet. From foot-stompers to heartfelt anthems, this is country music that makes the room come alive.

Independence Day Menu
To match the theme, the kitchen will be serving an American themed menu inspired by bold American flavours — hearty, comforting, and perfect fuel for a night on the dancefloor.
Details will be shared closer to the date, but expect big flavours and proper feel-good food.
Dress Code: Country Cool
Cowboy boots, denim, fringe, stars and stripes — dress it up or keep it casual. There’s no wrong way to do country, as long as you bring the attitude.
The Evening Flow
7:30pm – 7:45pm | Arrival & Pre-Drinks
Doors open. Arrive early and soak up the atmosphere — our Lakeside Bar is open from 12pm daily.

Three-course themed menu served (pre-selected).
9:30pm | Warm-Up Set
The night begins with an American themed musical bingo! Listen out for country and American classics - you'll be going for a full house! The DJ then opens the dancefloor with a party warm up set.
10:30pm – 11:30pm | Live Country Performance by Applejack
Live singers take the stage, delivering a country set packed with energy, crowd interaction, and singalong moments that feel straight out of Nashville.
11:30pm - midnight | Live Country Performance
The night eases back into party mode with the DJ concluding the night.
