Yoga and Afternoon Tea mini-retreat with Helen Manente Yoga

We invite you to indulge and invigorate yourself with an entire afternoon of yoga and delicious treats.

The event will commence with complimentary tea or coffee, providing an opportunity to meet and mingle before a two-hour yoga workshop. The session will encompass breathwork practice, asana (movement), meditation, and guided relaxation.

Following the yoga session, we'll move outside (weather permitting) and gather around the table to enjoy a delightful afternoon tea and a mocktail. The day will conclude with an hour of eating and chatting.

The combination of mindful movement and connection with like-minded individuals is enhanced by the serene surroundings.

You should come dressed in comfortable clothes – nothing fancy is required, just attire that allows ease and relaxation. Bringing warm layers is recommended in case you cool down during meditation and relaxation.

A mat can be provided if needed; please inform Helen in advance if you wish to borrow one. All other props will be supplied, though you're welcome to bring your own.

You might also consider bringing a pillow or cushion and a blanket.

On-site parking is available, and the hotel is fully accessible.
